Masonry Herling o ... o Milton Solzenycin ...?
Many in Italy have been in school at least a smattering knowledge of the names related to literature and history of the nation. Not only are offered in classrooms ... the names of those who have made history, international statesmen who have served the balance nell'incedere of events, and those scholars who have interpreted their writings' s contemporary essence and its future. Who has not heard of William Shakespeare? Alessandro Manzoni or Sartre ... or ... or any other character made famous by his writings in Europe ...? We know them all ... we are able to appreciate or criticize them, according to political preferences more or less towards which we direct our sympathies as reference ... how can we draw a detailed map of historical and political events of European societies and feelings that have afflicted the continent in the last century. We are then informed of ... well ... very knowledgeable about history and literature ... Conscious of our European culture, but I wonder how many other familiar names, equally important, for scholars or politicians .... and extraordinary events, we all got under the occchi for decades, that there were no facts know. I am referring to Russian dissidents in the first half of 1900, the poets and writers who, with their pen we have made a reality, knowledge of which would otherwise have been denied, and that's why they paid decades deportation, imprisonment, or even life. Have witnessed a world apart, writes Gustaw Herling, and we have to share in this reality, but even so are almost all confined to a state of ignorance and indifference blacks recesses of Italic culture. In fact many of the dissident writers in the former Soviet Union, convicted and deported from the first Lenin and then Stalin, were witness to lengths of chilling reality of systematic genocide, extermination planned ... but I'm still famous among the Italic peoples unknown. We all know the name of the Fosse Ardeatine, the Nazi death camps, Anne Frank and her diary, and all the writers who have given us the right opportunity to learn any subject that may gravitate to these issues. So why if I ask someone: "You know tell me something about the collectivization campaign in Russia, and the resulting induced famine, which led to the deaths of millions of people in the 30's there?" I just get embarrassed silence? Let's examine some college student ... ask him if he knows who's Anne Applebaum, or Varlam Shalamov, or Dante Corneli ... there will not be given any response to these true heroes forgotten by most. Who do we thank for being kept in this particular form of ignorance, sectarian, limited, targeted ...?... maybe that crimes committed for decades in Russia had to pass over in silence, while the Nazis ... no? The speech could be expanded to Asian countries that suffer most from Communist oppression to date: China in the lead, Korea, Philippines, etc. Never heard of Claire Ly ...? And ... Harry Wu? Strange ... the books of contemporary history that a school does not contain propinano track ... it will be a mistake ... I do not think it's all been deleted on purpose, to distort reality. I can not believe that we have tried (inutilmente. .. fortunately we saw that the internet) to erase the horrors of the Communists, just trying to erase the traces. I can not believe that today's Franceschini, or Dalem, or former representatives of the parties Government precednti the years have agreed on what to say about it, and that is nothing ... nothing ... If there is not need to talk .... Or is there another explanation ... and if so please tell me ... ... but be convincing ... I, I read those books
